An isolation transformer is quite close to a conventional core-type transformer, both having a same working principle. It just used single,double or triple electrostatic shields to separate the primary & secondary winding completely and effectively reduce noise & interference and improve power quality , further to assure a higher safety and harmonics mitigation.

We have been producing single-phase,three-phase and dry-type encapsulated isolation transformers capacity rated from 1KVA to 3000KVA by using all raw materials of best quality and fabricated by our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities for many years. Our isolation transformers comply with relevant standards such as VDE0550, IEC439, JB5555, DoE 2016 efficiency etc. These isolation transformers are used for step-up or step-down voltage level , and also can isolate the harmonics caused by other electrical equipment in a certain power grid network, protect the heat generated by machines, and improve the lifespan of insulation materials. These isolation transformers are widely used in various three-phase power supply scenarios with AC 50 or 60HZ and input and output voltages not exceeding 1000V. The various inputs and outputs, voltage levels, connection groups, tap position adjustment, winding capacity allocation, secondary winding configuration, and whether to require an higher level enclosure protection (NEMA 3R or 4X) of the isolation transformer are carefully designed and manufactured according to your specific requirements.
