What is a Load Break Elbow

It is used to connect AEIC or ICEA standard power cables with a single aluminum or copper conductor to pad mounted transformers. It is made up of two main parts, an insulated elbow-shaped body ,which allows for flexibility in connecting cables at various angels; load break probe, made of tin-plated copper, and a ablative material used on one end of the probe, which has a strong capability to extinguish an potential arc when switching on and off the elbow or a fault occurred.
